Change, Grow, Live Southampton is an over 25s service unless you are Rough Sleeping or on Probation. If you are under the age of 25, we would encourage you to make contact with No Limits 02380 224 224. They can offer support for any substance use related issues.

The Change, Grow, Live Southampton service only covers the postcodes between SO14 through to SO19. If you are looking for assistance with substance use in your area, please explore your options via services such as NHS inclusion or your local provider.
