If you want support with your substance use, we can help.

We need to ask a few questions to find out what service is right for you, and how to get in touch. The questions usually take about 3 minutes to complete.

Once you complete the questions we will get in touch shortly to set up an appointment.

If you are worried about a child aged 6-18 affected by a parent’s, carer’s or loved one’s substance use or you are a young person living under the care of someone using substances or alcohol, please complete this referral form to speak to our Family and Carers team.
