Street Outreach Service - Hull

Who are we?

We help people who are experiencing rough sleeping to move away from the streets of Hull and to access services that can help them. We provide ongoing support and will help refer you for emergency accommodation.

Support we offer

• Daytime and out-of-hours shifts to help people, every day of the year
• Practical and emotional support
• Help refer you for emergency accommodation.
• Referrals to agencies and other services that can help, such as the Department for Work and Pensions, and housing, physical and mental health services
