My Recovery - Tameside

The form below asks a few questions to help us understand what support will work best for you. Once you’ve filled it in, we’ll be in touch to talk through the next steps.

If you’re over 25 and prefer not to share your details online, or if you’d like to speak to someone sooner, you’re welcome to come along to our New Beginnings Drop-In sessions.

These sessions are a friendly, informal way to chat with an Intervention Worker about taking your first steps.

You can find the drop-ins here:

If you are a professional looking to refer someone over 25 into our service, please use our professionals referral form.

If you are under 25, or looking to refer someone under 25, please see our Branching Out young people's service.

Get support with alcohol and drug use

If you want support with your substance use, we can help.

We need to ask a few questions to find out what service is right for you, and how to get in touch. The questions usually take about 3 minutes to complete.

Once you complete the questions we will get in touch shortly to set up an appointment.

If you are in an emergency or don’t think you can keep yourself safe call 999 or go straight to A&E.
