Which is why our new strategy is built around a simple idea that will set the direction and drive everything we do in the coming months and years: Helping more people, sooner.
The idea is simple, but in a world where resources are never enough, the challenge is substantial.
We will make support easier to find, offering help beyond office hours, across weekends, and in places and ways that fit better around people’s lives.
We will give staff and volunteers more time to care with smarter, more automated systems and better tools; giving our people time back to do the work that matters.
We will strip out the things that distract us every day. Fewer meetings and emails, quicker and easier access to training and specialist expertise, and quality clinical supervision for everyone. Because care only works when the people delivering it are supported too.
